What are Fatigue Points?
|
Answer↓ |
The Fatigue Meter Is the thin blue bar that rests atop the game menu icons in the center of your HUD. Each character starts with 156 Fatigue Points and will lose one (1) for every dungeon room entered. Which means that if you move through six rooms in the process of clearing a dungeon, you will expend six (6) fatigue points. When your fatigue meter reaches zero (0), you will no longer be able to enter a dungeon until 6am the following day (when your fatigue meter resets.) Now, in the event your character's fatigue meter reaches zero, that doesn't mean you have to stop playing. Create a new character and experience the mayhem brought by another class. Try a whole new set of skills. Also, no Fatigue Points are expended when fighting in the Player vs. Player arena, so if you reach zero, then try out your skills against other players!

What is the Goblin Pad?
|
Answer↓ |
Goblin Pad is an interactive security feature used to protect Your account from hackers and malicious third-party applications. Though you are not required to use the Goblin Pad feature, it is highly recommended that you do so. A Goblin Pad PIN is associated with an account, not individual characters. So you would use the same Goblin Pad PIN for all of the characters created under the same account. The Goblin Pad can be found in the "Service Menu" under the "Video Capture" feature. When you select it for the first time, you will be taken to the "Request" tab of the Goblin Pad UI. Here, you will be asked to create your 4-digit PIN by moving a green goblin to subsequent numbered bunkers surrounding the field that correspond to the PIN you wish to create. Once you have entered your PIN you will be asked to enter it again for verification purposes. After you have successfully created your Goblin Pad PIN, you will be asked to enter it every time you perform any of the following actions: - Use / Drop / Trade gold or Items - Purchase a skill - Disassemble equipment In the event someone gains access to your account, the Goblin Pad system will bar them from making any changes to your inventory. Each time the prompt occurs, you will have only three (3) tries to enter your correct PIN number. If you fail to enter the correct PIN three (3) times in a row, you will be locked out of your account, SO WRITE IT DOWN! Should you be locked out of your account because either an unauthorized person or you yourself entered an incorrect PIN, please send us a Customer Support ticket through www.nexon.net. Go to the "Customer Support" tab and click on the "Support" header. Click on "Log A Ticket" (NOTE: You must be logged in to submit a customer support ticket.) If at any point you wish to change your Goblin Pad PIN or disable Goblin Pad from your account entirely, just enter the Goblin Pad window and select the "Change" or "Discard" tabs respectively. Here, you will be asked to enter your Goblin Pad PIN. Once authorized, you can either enter in a new PIN ("Change" tab) or confirm to discard it ("Discard" Tab) If you are still confused about how this system works you can click on the "Demo" tab and move through a test run. (This will not create a PIN number for your account, just step you through the process.)

How do I filter the activity feed in the upper left corner of the game screen?
|
Answer↓ |
if you want to control what information is displays in the activity feed that appears in the upper left corner of the game screen, select the tabs at the top of that box and uncheck the boxes for information you would like to restrict. The tabs and box will appear when you scroll over the upper left area with your cursor. For each tab, there are four options. The General, Party and Whisper options allow you to expand or restrict the amount of chat feeds you are receiving from the whole game channel, your specific party or an individual, respectively. The System option allows you to expand or restrict system messages, such as when you or your party members level up, gain gold, finish dungeons, etc.

What are Life Tokens?
|
Answer↓ |
Life Tokens are mystical coins that can bring a Dungeon Fighter back to life should he/she expire in a dungeon. If your HP meter falls to zero, you will have 10 seconds to spend a Life Token to be restored fully, ready again to continue fighting. If you don't, you will be sent back to the nearest town with only a fraction of your total HP and MP and have to start the dungeon all over again. If you die in a dungeon while in Party Play and need a Life Token to continue, a fellow party member can spend one to bring you back to life (though you might want to return the favor sometime in the future).
|
How many Life Tokens do I get?
|
Answer↓ |
Each character you create starts with five (5) Life Tokens. For every Life Token you spend, you will be reimbursed up to three Life Tokens the following day. If you spend more than three Life Tokens, you will still only receive three the following day. They are not cumulative, so if you don’t spend any Life Tokens one day, you will not receive any the next day.

When does the fatigue meter and the daily allotment of Life Tokens reset?
|
Answer↓ |
Your fatigue meter and daily allotment of Life Tokens reset everyday at 6 am. You are allowed 156 fatigue points each day and lose one for each dungeon room you enter. Playing matches in the Arena does not cost you any fatigue points, only dungeon play. You are allowed to enter 156 rooms each day, and that number resets back to 156 at 6 am each day. Currently, the default daily allotment of Life Tokens is 3, which means that if you are at zero Life Tokens at 6 am, you will be given 3 new Life Token. If you are at 1 Life Token, you will be given 2 new ones. If you are at 2, you will be given 1 new one. And if you are at 3 or higher, you will get no new Life Tokens at 6 am and must wait until the following day at 6 am, at which time your account will be checked again and awarded new Life Tokens, if eligible. Dungeon Fighter Online often has events during which the daily allotment is increased. Check our events postings for such bonus periods.

Why do I experience lag when I'm playing with other players?
|
Answer↓ |
Dungeon Fighter Online is a peer-to-peer game system, which means that when you play with other people, you depend on the connection stability between their computers and yours to be able to maintain fluid game play. If that connection is weak, you will experience lag. Dungeon Fighter Online helps you identify players with whom you may experience lag with an antenna symbol (much like the ones you find on cell phone displays) placed on their avatar icons. When the antenna icon is green and at full bars, it means that you have a strong connection with that player. If it is red and at no bars, it means that the connection is incredibly weak. When you play in a party or in the Arena, optimize your game play by avoiding players with whom you have a weak connection.
